Long-time experience and the latest techniques are necessary for manufacturing our products. High quality and well performing products can be guaranteed by standardised and continuous quality control in all our divisions.
The quality of raw material is checked permanently in our laboratory. Every single step in the following production process is executed according to a TTL quality standard as well as to customer-specific standards. The end control ensures that our customers receive a correct and long-living product. The technical data of the needlefelts are being checked by our laboratory in compliance with accepted DIN rules and other customary quality standards.
Air permeability, weight, tensile strength, elongation at break and void volume are determined based on the guidelines of material inspection.
Survey of product life cycles and problem analysis when unexpected breakdowns happen are part of our additional services which are frequently used by our customers.
Starting point is the accurate determination of the fibre mix of the felt and its treatment. Applying these special methods of analysis allows to find an optimal solution for each application.
