As of January 2026 Technische Textilien Lörrach GmbH & Co. KG belongs to Zhejiang Yanpai Filtration Technology Co. Ltd.

The Yanpai group is market leader in China for filtration products (both liquid and dry filtration) and is expanding on a worldwide basis. The portfolio is continuously enlarged by acquisitoins – also in neighbouring fields of business.

This deal grants TTL a wider product program to be offered to our customers and more stability for the years to come.

Every four years, Texcare International in Frankfurt am Main becomes the centre of the global laundry, cleaning and textile service industry. Here, equipment manufacturers, suppliers and service providers showcase their capabilities.

The trade fair took place from 6 to 9 November 2024 in Frankfurt am Main.

TTL's appearance at this event was very successful. The trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to present our portfolio and our latest products to a broad specialist audience from all over the world.

Dedusting of a secondary smelting plant in the aluminium industry

A filter medium made of meta-aramid and polyimide fibers is successfully being used in the aluminium industry.

In this special construction, the polyimide fibers are used to improve the temperature resistance and the dust collection efficiency.

The warranty term of 18 months was fulfilled and the filter bags continue to work to the satisfaction of the plant operator.

Due to our long experience in the field of industrial filtration, we will always find the best solution for every filter system.

New reference: dedusting of a biomass incineration plant

A filter medium made of PTFE and Polyimide fibers is successfully being used in a dust collector of a biomass incineration plant.

The warranty term of 24 months was fulfilled and the filter bags continue to work to the satisfaction of the plant operator.

In order to achieve a protection against sparks, we applied a fleece of special oxidized fibers on the needlefelt surface.

Due to our long experience in the field of industrial filtration, we will always find the best solution for every filter system.

Nonwovens for mouth and nose covering masks included in our production programme.

In the course of the Corona pandemic we have developed new nonwoven qualities that can be processed into mouth and noise covering face masks. These new materials have no certification for medical applications or other standards in the healthcare sector.

Ready-made masks are available in different patterns, too. They are elastic and very comfortable to wear. The masks can be washed at 80 to 90 °C or sterilized in the baking oven after wearing and consequently be re-used many times.

A filter medium made of meta-aramide and polyphenylene sulfide fibers is successfully being used in a dust collector in the cement industry.

The warranty term of 24 months + 12 months pro rata was fulfilled and the filter bags are still working to the satisfaction of the plant operator.

In order to achieve an optimal dust collection, we have selected fine fibers and adapted the grammage weight of the needlefelt to the dust load.

Due to our long experience in the field of industrial filtration, we will always find the best solution for every filter system!
